What Makes a Good Vision?

  • Inspirational - Motivates and energises

  • Clear - Easy to understand

  • Ambitious - Stretches the organisation

  • Future-focused - Describes the desired future

Example: "To be the most trusted platform for strategic execution in every organisation worldwide."

Mission Statement

Your mission defines your purpose - why you exist and what you do.

  • Purpose-driven - Explains why you exist

  • Action-oriented - Describes what you do

  • Customer-focused - Centers on who you serve

  • Concise - Short and memorable
