Elevale meters AI features separately from your seat subscription. Usage is deducted from a prepaid AI wallet balance in each workspace.
Starting balance
All subscription plans include an initial $10 USD wallet credit when your workspace is created. This lets you try AI features before you add your own funds.
Separate from your subscription
Subscription covers seats and plan features. Billing is in GBP (or your agency pricing, if applicable).
AI wallet covers metered AI usage. Top-ups are charged in USD.
The two are billed independently. Paying for seats does not automatically refill AI usage.
What charges the wallet
Typical metered actions include:
AI chat and the AI Strategic Advisor
Voice mode
OKR suggestions, KPI insights, and related AI-generated guidance
Embeddings and document processing used by AI features
Market intelligence scans and quarterly reports (where enabled on your plan)
Each action records the model, token usage, and cost. Rates vary by provider and model. Current pricing is shown in-app and may change with reasonable notice.
View balance and top up
Workspace admins can open Workspace Settings → Billing to:
See the current wallet balance and recent AI transactions
Top Up Wallet with a saved payment method
Enable auto top-up when balance falls below a threshold you set
Set daily and monthly AI spending limits for the workspace
When balance runs low
If the wallet is empty or below the cost of an action, AI features may be limited or paused until you add funds. Your core subscription features continue where your plan allows.
