When you create a Connected KPI on KPIs & Dashboards, pick from the data points below. The catalog reflects what is enabled for this integration on your platform.
Marketing
Active Users (#) - Total active users in the selected period
Average Session Duration (seconds) - Average duration of user sessions in seconds
Bounce Rate - Percentage of visitors who leave your site after viewing only one page. Lower bounce rates (30-50%) typically indicate engaging content and good user experience.
Engagement Rate (%) - Percentage of sessions where users actively engaged with your content. Higher engagement rates indicate relevant, valuable content for your audience.
New Users (#) - Number of first-time visitors to your website during the period. Growth in new users indicates successful marketing and brand awareness efforts.
Page Views - Total number of pages viewed across all sessions. Multiple page views per session indicate engaging content and good site navigation.
Realtime Active Users - The number of users currently active on your website right now. Useful for monitoring real-time traffic and engagement.
Sessions Per User (ratio) - Average number of sessions per individual user. Higher values indicate returning visitors and strong engagement with your content.
Total Conversions (#) - Total number of conversion events
Total Events (#) - Total number of user actions tracked as events (button clicks, downloads, video plays, etc.). Monitor to understand user behavior patterns.
Total Sessions - Total number of user sessions recorded in the selected period. Each session represents a visit to your website.
User Engagement Duration (seconds) - Total time users spent engaged with your site (seconds)
How sync works
Each data point maps to a provider API query executed by the integration sync engine.
On save or scheduled sync, Elevale fetches the latest value and appends to KPI history.
Connection status on the KPI shows the last successful sync or error message.
