Prospect 365 - Setup & usage
Prospect 365 connects with a Personal Access Token (PAT) rather than OAuth. Sync CRM and pipeline metrics (contacts, opportunities, and related OData endpoints) into connected KPIs. Requires [Business+].
Generate a Prospect 365 PAT
Log in to your Prospect 365 account.
Open Settings → API → Personal Access Tokens.
Generate a new token and copy it immediately.
Prospect 365 OData documentation: Getting started with the OData API
Prospect 365 applies rate limits (typically 1,200 requests per 10 minutes) - avoid excessive manual syncs.
Connect in Elevale
Open Workspace Settings → Integrations and connect Prospect 365.
Paste the PAT when prompted; Elevale validates it against the OData API before storing.
Tokens are encrypted server-side - they are not shown again after save.
On success, the connection moves to Connected integrations.
Create connected KPIs
Create a connected KPI and select Prospect 365.
Choose a data point from available OData metrics.
Set an appropriate sync frequency for CRM data (daily or weekly is common).
Troubleshooting
Invalid token - regenerate the PAT in Prospect 365 and reconnect.
Rate limit exceeded - wait and retry; reduce sync frequency or number of connected KPIs.
403 / connection test failed - confirm the token has API access and your Prospect 365 subscription includes OData.
Disconnect and data retention
Disconnect from Workspace Settings → Integrations to revoke stored credentials and stop scheduled syncs.
Previously synced KPI history remains until you delete or convert those KPIs.
