Help Center for resellers

Elevale includes a public Help Center with Platform Documentation (product how-tos) and compliance articles. Resellers get a branded Help Center plus a private Reseller Documentation folder for agency admins only.

Where users find help

  • In-app Company Wiki → Platform Documentation: same article library as Help Center, with your branding.

  • Public Help Center: shareable URL for clients and prospects (no login required for most articles).

  • Help widget: in-app floating help entry point for authenticated users.

  • Custom help links: your own URLs added alongside platform docs (configured in Branding).

Help Center URLs

Configure support settings under Branding → Help Center & Support.

  • With custom domain: https://{your-domain}/help

  • Without custom domain: https://strategy.elevale.app/help/{your-org-id}

  • Product roadmap: /help/roadmap on the same host (shared platform roadmap, branded shell only).

  • Copy URLs from the Branding panel and share with clients or embed in your website.

Support email and custom links

  • Support email: displayed on the public Help Center for client inquiries. Use your agency support address, not Elevale's.

  • Custom help links: add titled links to your own knowledge base, onboarding portal, or status page. They appear alongside platform articles.

  • Save changes in Branding → Help Center & Support after editing.

What clients see vs agency admins

  • All users: Getting Started, features, integrations, compliance, and update log folders (standard Platform Documentation).

  • Agency admins only: Reseller Documentation folder (setup, billing, terms, pricing). Hidden from direct clients and non-admin org members.

  • Public exception: Reseller Terms of Service is readable at /help/reseller-terms-of-service without login so prospects can review terms before agency signup.

  • Compliance articles (Privacy Policy, DPA, etc.) show Elevale/Saint Financial Group legal text with your branding shell on white-label domains.

Branding on Help Center

  • Help Center inherits app name, logo, and colours from White-label branding.

  • Activate a custom domain for fully branded /help URLs.

  • Platform Documentation inside a client workspace wiki uses the same content with workspace/org branding applied.

Best practices

  • Set support email before sharing Help Center links with clients.

  • Add custom help links for your onboarding checklist or Loom videos.

  • Point new client admins to Getting Started and Quick Start Guide in Platform Documentation.

  • Keep your Privacy Policy and Terms URLs configured in Public Presence, Help Center complements but does not replace them.
