Reseller pricing schedules: seat and AI wallet markup changes use separate notify and effective dates. Clients are emailed and shown in-app banners after notify; billing updates at renewal or after the effective date. See Reselling pricing and fees.
Wholesale increase handling: amber banner on Reselling → Pricing when Elevale schedules a catalogue rise; optional Hold client prices or mandatory floor scheduling.
Markup floors: 10% minimum seat markup and 5% minimum AI wallet markup when saving reseller pricing.
Monthly platform fee documentation: Connect resellers receive a monthly documentation invoice in Billing summarising application fees already collected via Stripe.
