Issues: Avg Issue Close Time, Closed Issues, Issue Close Rate, Open Issues (Excluding PRs)
Organization Metrics: Organization Contributors, Organization Open Issues, Organization Open PRs, Organization Total Forks, Organization Total Repositories (+2 more)

Open Workspace Settings → Integrations and connect GitHub.
Complete authentication (OAuth popup, PAT paste, or API key) and select the account, property, repo, or location when prompted.
On KPIs & Dashboards, create a KPI, choose Connected, and pick your GitHub connection.
Select a data point from the catalog (see the Data points article in this folder for the full list).
Set a sync frequency. An initial sync runs after save; use Resync on the KPI card for on-demand updates.
