Prospect 365 - Overview

Prospect 365 connects with a Personal Access Token (PAT) rather than OAuth. Sync CRM and pipeline metrics (contacts, opportunities, and related OData endpoints) into connected KPIs. Requires [Business+].

Metrics you can track

Connected KPIs can sync the following categories from Prospect 365. See Data points for the complete catalog with descriptions.

  • CRM: Active Companies, Active Contacts, New Contacts, Total Activities, Total Companies (+1 more)

  • Sales: Active Leads, Active Opportunities, Average Deal Size, Converted Leads, Lead Conversion Rate (+10 more)

Quick start

  • Open Workspace Settings → Integrations and connect Prospect 365.

  • Complete authentication (OAuth popup, PAT paste, or API key) and select the account, property, repo, or location when prompted.

  • On KPIs & Dashboards, create a KPI, choose Connected, and pick your Prospect 365 connection.

  • Select a data point from the catalog (see the Data points article in this folder for the full list).

  • Set a sync frequency. An initial sync runs after save; use Resync on the KPI card for on-demand updates.
