Zapier - Setup & usage
Connect Elevale to thousands of apps with the official Elevale Zapier integration. Authenticate with a personal access token (PAT) and your workspace ID - no OAuth required.
Install and connect
Install the Elevale app from the Zapier marketplace.
Open Workspace Settings → Integrations and expand API Access Tokens.
Create a token with scopes matching the Zaps you plan to build (KPIs, tasks, OKRs, wiki, BD logs, chat).
Copy the token immediately - it is shown only once.
In Zapier, paste the API token and your workspace UUID when connecting Elevale.
What you can automate
Actions - Update KPI values, create tasks, create OKRs, post BD log entries, create wiki pages, send chat messages, and more.
Triggers - KPI value updated, new or updated tasks, new OKRs, BD log entries, wiki pages, and chat messages.
Searches - Pick KPIs, tasks, lists, OKRs, planning sessions, wiki pages, and conversations in Zapier dropdowns.
Recommended token scopes
KPI automation: kpis:read and kpis:write
Task automation: tasks:read and tasks:write
OKR automation: okrs:read and okrs:write
Wiki automation: wiki:read and wiki:write
Timeline automation: bd_logs:read and bd_logs:write
Chat automation: chat:read and chat:write
Legacy webhook path (advanced)
An older webhook-based KPI push flow exists for custom setups using Webhooks by Zapier (POST).
The official Zapier app with PAT authentication is the recommended approach for new Zaps.
Use the Update KPI action instead of manual webhook POSTs when possible.
Disconnect and data retention
Disconnect from Workspace Settings → Integrations to revoke stored credentials and stop scheduled syncs.
Previously synced KPI history remains until you delete or convert those KPIs.
