[Business+] Integrations connect Elevale workspaces to external systems so you can pull live metrics into connected KPIs. Most connectors use OAuth or a personal access token (PAT). Zapier uses a workspace webhook instead.
Where to manage integrations
Open Workspace Settings → Integrations to browse, connect, and disconnect providers.
When creating a KPI, open the Connected tab on OKRs & KPIs to pick an integration and data point.
Only workspace admins (or users with settings permission) should connect or disconnect integrations.
Available connectors depend on your plan and which providers are enabled for your organisation.
Connection types
OAuth: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Xero, Meta (when enabled). Click Connect and approve access in a provider popup. Tokens are stored encrypted server-side.
Personal access token (PAT): GitHub, Prospect 365. Paste a token generated in the external product; Elevale validates it before saving.
Zapier: Official Zapier app with PAT authentication for KPIs, tasks, OKRs, wiki, BD logs, and chat automation.
Typical workflow
Connect the integration in Workspace Settings.
If prompted, select a Google Analytics property, Google Ads customer, Xero organisation, Meta page/ad account, or GitHub repo scope.
Create a connected KPI and choose a data point (metric) from the integration.
Set a sync frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). An initial sync runs after the KPI is saved.
Review sync status on the KPI detail page; reconnect if the connection expires or is revoked.

Privacy and data use
Integration data is used to populate KPIs and dashboards in your workspace.
Google OAuth data practices are described in the Privacy Policy Google user data section.
Disconnect an integration in Workspace Settings to revoke tokens and stop new syncs.
Subprocessors involved in integrations are listed in Subprocessors and integrations.
