How do you score OKRs?
Each key result is scored from 0.0 to 1.0 based on progress from start to target. Increase metrics use (actual minus start) divided by (target minus start). Decrease metrics reverse that direction. Binary key results score 1 when complete and 0 when not. Objective scores are the average of their key result scores.
What is a good OKR score?
Many teams treat 0.7 to 0.9 as a strong result for ambitious OKRs. Scores around 0.4 to 0.6 show meaningful progress without full completion. Scores below 0.4 usually signal a miss worth discussing in your quarterly review.
