When you create a Connected KPI on KPIs & Dashboards, pick from the data points below. The catalog reflects what is enabled for this integration on your platform.

CRM

  • Active Companies (companies) - Number of company records marked as active in your CRM. Active companies represent current or potential business relationships to nurture.

  • Active Contacts (contacts) - Number of individual contacts marked as active. Active contacts are current relationships worth nurturing for business opportunities.

  • New Contacts (contacts) - Number of new contacts added to your CRM. Monitor growth to assess networking and lead generation effectiveness.

  • Total Activities (activities) - Total number of logged activities across all types (calls, meetings, emails, tasks). More activities typically lead to better relationship development.

  • Total Companies (companies) - Total count of all company records in your CRM database. Growing company list indicates expanding business network and potential opportunities.

  • Total Contacts (contacts) - Total number of individual contact records in your CRM. A healthy, engaged contact database is crucial for business development.

Sales

  • Active Leads (leads) - Number of leads currently being qualified for sales opportunities. Active leads represent your top-of-funnel pipeline requiring nurturing.

  • Active Opportunities (opportunities) - Number of sales opportunities currently in progress through your pipeline. Monitor to forecast revenue and identify process improvements.

  • Average Deal Size (GBP) - Average monetary value of your sales opportunities. Understanding average deal size helps with revenue forecasting and resource allocation.

  • Converted Leads (leads) - Number of leads that successfully progressed to become sales opportunities. Track to measure lead quality and qualification effectiveness.

  • Lead Conversion Rate (%) - Percentage of leads that convert to opportunities. Industry benchmarks vary (5-15% is typical), but higher rates indicate better lead quality.

  • Lost Opportunities (opportunities) - Number of opportunities that were lost or closed without winning. Analyze loss reasons to improve your sales approach and competitive positioning.

How sync works

  • Each data point maps to a provider API query executed by the integration sync engine.

  • On save or scheduled sync, Elevale fetches the latest value and appends to KPI history.

  • Connection status on the KPI shows the last successful sync or error message.
