White-label branding makes the platform look and feel like your product. Open Branding in the Reseller Dashboard. Branding applies to all workspaces under your organisation, including login screens, the app shell, emails (when using default or dedicated sending), PDF exports, and the public Help Center.
Branding sections overview
Identity & Branding: app name, legal name, colours, logos, AI voice, and email assets.
Custom Domain: host the app on your subdomain. See Custom domain setup.
Public Presence: legal URLs, Open Graph image, PDF footer display.
Help Center & Support: support email and custom help links. See Help Center for resellers.
Identity and visual branding
Open Branding → Identity & Branding.
Organisation / app name: the product name clients see (browser tab, sidebar, emails). Distinct from your registered legal name.
Legal name: registered business name for footers, PDFs, and compliance copy.
Primary, accent, and background colours: drive buttons, nav chrome, and themed surfaces. Use your brand palette; defaults match Elevale if unchanged.
Logo: square mark for favicon and compact placements.
Sidebar logo: wide logo for the navigation header.
Favicon: browser tab icon.
Email logo: header image in transactional emails.
AI advisor image: avatar shown in AI chat surfaces.
AI voice: ElevenLabs voice used for voice-mode AI (preview before saving).
Website URL: optional link on public-facing surfaces.
Email footer social links: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok icons in email footers.
A live preview shows how branding appears in a client workspace before you save.
Public presence and legal links
Open Branding → Public Presence.
Privacy Policy URL and Terms of Service URL: your client-facing legal pages linked from app footers and signup flows.
You must publish compliant policies at these URLs. Elevale platform policies do not replace yours for end clients.
Open Graph image: social preview image when links to your branded app are shared.
PDF footer name: choose whether PDF exports show app name, legal name, or both.
What changes immediately
Saved branding updates login, in-app chrome, and Help Center styling for your org.
Existing client sessions may need a refresh to pick up logo or colour changes.
